We do not make any guarantees regarding credit score improvements, approval for financing, or specific financial results. Outcomes vary and depend on each individual’s personal financial situation, actions, and compliance with the steps and resources provided.

Financial Privilege Academy is not a law firm, credit bureau, financial institution, or licensed tax advisor. All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or tax advice. Members are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.

Terms & Conditions 

  • Membership Fees

    • A one-time setup fee of $250 is required at enrollment.

    • A recurring monthly subscription of $99 will be billed automatically until membership is canceled.

    • All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice.

  • Refund Policy

    • The $250 setup fee is non-refundable.

    • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged.

    • Members may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • Credit Restoration Services

    • Credit restoration is included with membership but is not the primary service offered.

    • Financial Privilege Academy is not a credit repair company; services are provided as part of educational membership benefits.

  • Use of Services

    • Members agree to use Financial Privilege Academy resources for personal educational purposes only.

    • Sharing login information, downloadable resources, or proprietary materials without authorization is prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability

    • Financial Privilege Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to financial loss, denied funding, or credit outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

  • Termination of Membership

    • Financial Privilege Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if misuse, abuse, or fraud is detected.

  • Changes to Terms

    • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
